What size storage unit do I need?

Picking the right size the first time saves money and a second trip. As a rough guide:

• 5 x 10 – a large closet or a studio apartment’s worth. Seasonal decorations, sports gear, boxes, a mattress set.
• 10 x 10 – about one bedroom, or a small apartment. Furniture, appliances and 30–40 boxes.
• 10 x 15 – two bedrooms of furniture, or a household mid-move.
• 8 x 20 – long and narrow. Good for a car, a workshop’s worth of tools, or contractor materials.
• 10 x 20 – roughly a two-car garage. A three-bedroom house, or a vehicle plus household goods.
• 10 x 25 up to 15 x 30 – large household moves, business inventory and equipment.

Outdoor parking for RVs, boats and trailers

There are two outdoor parking sizes at the Manteno site:

• Small outdoor space (11 x 24) – fits most boats on trailers, utility trailers and pickups.
• Large outdoor space (12 x 35) – sized for RVs, fifth wheels, larger boats and work vehicles.

Spaces sit on a gated, fenced lot with wide drive aisles, so you can back a trailer in without a fight. Month to month, like every unit here.
