What size unit do I need?

A 5 x 10 holds a studio apartment or seasonal gear. A 10 x 10 is about one bedroom. A 10 x 20 is close to a two-car garage and takes a three-bedroom house. Full size guide and live prices are on our sizes and prices page.

If you are between two sizes, call us and describe what you are storing rather than guessing.

How do I rent a unit?

Entirely online. Pick a size, choose your unit, sign the lease and pay – you can be moving in the same day without visiting the office. If you would rather do it in person or over the phone, call (815) 473-8272.

Do you have outdoor parking for an RV or boat?

Yes. Two sizes: an 11 x 24 space for boats, trailers and pickups, and a 12 x 35 space for RVs, fifth wheels and larger vehicles. Details on our RV and boat storage page.

Are the units drive-up?

Yes. You park at your unit door and unload straight in – no lifts, corridors or shared loading bays. The aisles are wide enough for a truck or a trailer.

What are your office hours?

The office is open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, seven days a week. Renting and payments can be done online at any hour.

Where are you, and which towns do you serve?

We are at 7855 N State Route 50, Manteno, IL 60950, on Route 50 just off I-57. Most of our tenants come from Manteno, Bourbonnais, Bradley, Kankakee and the surrounding villages. See the map and directions.
